Good Fortune Sharing Mentoring Program

The Good Fortune Sharing Mentoring Program is a mentoring program with Good Fortune Sharing People and the Seongdong-Gwangjin Education Support Agency that provides one-on-one learning and career mentoring to youth in the Seongdong and Gwangjin districts from March to December. The goal is to grow together with youth in need through basic learning support, career counseling, and emotional exchange while maintaining a long-term mentor-mentee relationship, and mentors who participate in the Bokshan Mentoring Program have the opportunity to exchange opinions on mentoring and receive guidance on how to improve their mentoring skills through monthly meetings with counseling experts. In 2023, 15 mentors completed the program, and the Good Fortune Sharing Mentoring Program ended at Hanyang University's Seoul campus.
