• Participants who submit the pre-registration form no later than April 21, 2019 will be guaranteed for free accommodation (for international presenters) and free registration (for all participants and audience). 
• Pre-registration form that arrives after April 21 may still be considered for free registration until May 10.
• Pre-registration by May 10 (free of charge) will include admission, the program handbook, two lunches and the banquet.

• Student: 15 USD (or 15,000 Korean Won)
• Non-student: 30 USD (or 30,000 Korean Won)
• Note: Pre-registration by May 17 will include (1) admission, (2) program handbook, (3) lunches, and (4) banquet
• International attendants who have missed the free registration deadline may register online first and pay the fees at the onsite registration desk, provided that they send e-tickets to us at  hanyang.hipcs@gmail.com  by May 17. 
• Domestic attendants who have missed the free registration deadline may register online first and wire the fees to the bank account given below by May 17.
