Accommodation

Accommodation will be provided for student presenters who have completed their conference registration.

The conference will cover three nights of accommodation (May 21–24, 2026). Students who complete registration will be assigned to one of the hotels arranged by the organizing committee.

Currently, the following hotels have been reserved for student accommodation:

• Uljio Co-op Residence

• Western Co-op Hotel & Residence Dongdaemun

• Hotel The Designers DDP

• K-Guesthouse Dongdaemun Premium

All rooms are twin rooms, and students will share a room with another student participant.

Room assignments will be arranged by the organizing committee after the registration period has closed. Students will receive a separate email informing them of their assigned hotel.

Please note that the conference covers accommodation only for May 21–24 (three nights). Any additional nights or special requests must be arranged and paid for by participants themselves.

The final list of hotels may be adjusted depending on the number of registered students.
