Important: Pregistered people (and those who plan to register on site must come early enough in the morning to get their package at the registration desk.  (There will be more than 200 people to register in the morning.)

  Fill out the form and submit it by email to: hanyang.hipcs@gmail.com no later than April 20, 2018 to be guaranteed for free registration and accommodation
(Note: Hotel/guesthouse accommodation is provided free of charge only for international participants who travel from abroad and give an oral or a poster presentation).

 Pre-registration form that arrives after April 20 may still be considered with redueced fees, if received by April 30.
 Pre-registration fees:
     - student: 10 USD (or 10,000 Korean Won) 
     - non-student: 20 USD (or 20,000 Korean Won) 

ᐅ 3rd deadline for pre-registration: May 10, 2018
 Pre-registration fees:
     - student: 15 USD (or 15,000 Korean Won) 
     - non-student: 30 USD (or 30,000 Korean Won) 

Payment:  Upon receiving the registration form, domestic attendees will be asked to send the fees to a designated bank account; and international attendees will be asked to pay at the conference.
