Thank you for visiting the Hanyang University ERICA College of Engineering website .

Hanyang University ERICA has always been an engineering college since its opening in 1979 , and will continue to play a central role in the future . In addition, as the mecca of education innovation in Korea, we created a problem-centered class (IC-PBL) method linked to companies and are continuously improving the class method, which is currently settling down as a representative class method . Currently, the College of Engineering is receiving orders for various human resources training programs from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy . Starting in 2020, we have been supporting the education and research of graduate students in each academic field by winning orders for the 4th phase of the BK Education Research Group project .

 In the first half of 2024 alone, the Department of Battery Materials and Chemical Engineering was selected for the secondary battery specialized university support project , selected as an early employment type ( undergraduate / graduate ) contract department , and selected for the high-tech industry talent training boot camp project in the display and semiconductor fields . Our College of Engineering will develop into a more competitive university than it is now by actively receiving orders for various government-led human resource development programs.

The College of Engineering is strengthening communication to reflect the needs of students who demand education . We provide students with opportunities for on-site training in various industries, moving beyond classroom-only education , and support the Capstone Design Program, which is an opportunity to learn teamwork while cultivating creative and convergent thinking . The College of Engineering operates the largest number of BK education research groups within ERICA , and continues to serve as a driving force in improving external competitiveness as an industry-academic cooperation research university through the establishment of the Teaching Policy Research Center and the establishment of the Graduate School Contract Department .
